Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We aim to provide accurate descriptions and our best product pictures so you can make an informed buying decision. All items are sold as-is.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, finding a better price, or buyer’s remorse.

Exceptions We will only accept a return in these cases:

• We shipped the wrong item

• The item is significantly not as described in the listing or photos

If either of the above applies, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@ishopprime.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Damaged in Transit

If the item arrives damaged by the carrier (USPS or UPS), contact us right away at support@ishopprime.com with your order number and clear photos. We will guide you on filing the claim with the carrier. If we have a replacement in stock, we will send it to you at no extra cost once the claim process has started.

Return Process (for approved exceptions)

If we approve the return, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label. You do not pay for return shipping in these cases. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement within 3–5 business days.
